Shaunna Lee Lynch is a writer and performer from Cork. She has performed her spoken word poetry far and wide— from Electric Picnic to the EU Commission. A previous winner of the All-Ireland Poetry Slam Championship, Shaunna represented Ireland at the World Poetry Slam Championship 2023 in Rio de Janeiro. Shaunna’s play ‘Wishful Thinking’ ran as part of the Dublin Fringe Festival 2019. Their work regularly explores eco-anxiety, gender, mental health, and mysticism. Her debut novel ‘The Goddess Complex’, a feminist YA dystopian, is out March 24th from Cranthorpe Millner.
